GolfTome (“we”) is an app for improving your golf game. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app or this website, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

  • Account details you give us, such as an email address and a display name.
  • Practice and round data, including progress, notes, settings, and purchases tied to an account.
  • Messages you send us, including account-deletion requests.
  • Technical data such as device type, app version, and a coarse location derived from an IP address.

How we use it

  • Run GolfTome and keep accounts signed in.
  • Save your practice and round history, and restore it on another device.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
  • Understand which parts of the app are failing so we can fix them.
  • Meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

When we share it

Service providers

Companies that host the app, store data, or send email, and only for that work.

Legal requirements

When the law, a court, or a public authority requires it.

A change of hands

If GolfTome is sold, the relevant account data may transfer with it.

Your consent

When you ask us to share something, or agree to a specific use.

How long we keep it

Account, practice, and round data stay while the account is open. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove that data within 30 days, except where we have to keep a record for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Messages you send us are kept long enough to handle the request.

Your rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Object to certain uses, or withdraw consent.
  • Ask for a copy in a portable format, where that applies.

To delete an account, use the deletion page. For anything else, write to simen@consu.no.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and similar tools

The app and this website may store a small amount of data on your device so you can stay signed in and so the service can remember settings. You can clear that data in the app or in your browser. Doing so can sign you out.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
